Hexarelin

His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2

Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide belonging to the growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) family and is recognized as one of the most potent growth hormone secretagogues available. It binds to ghrelin receptors (GHS-R) in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, triggering powerful growth hormone release and providing unique cardiovascular protective benefits beyond other GHRPs.

Clinical Benefits

Powerful growth hormone stimulation (3.2x more potent than GHRP-6)
Significant IGF-1 elevation (up to 220% above baseline)
Enhanced muscle mass development and lean body mass gains
Accelerated fat loss and improved body composition
Superior recovery from exercise and physical stress
Improved sleep quality and sleep architecture

Mechanism of Action

Hexarelin binds with high affinity to ghrelin receptors (GHS-R1a) located in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and pituitary somatotroph cells. This binding activates adenylyl cyclase, increasing intracellular cAMP levels and triggering calcium-dependent growth hormone release. Unlike other GHRPs, Hexarelin also demonstrates direct cardioprotective effects through endothelial nitric oxide synthase activation and improved cardiac contractility.
